Camber/Tension Bars
To compliment the coil spring industry we are now also able to supply camber bars to the screening industry. They can be manufactured from either samples supplied or from drawings which meet current customer requirements.

Finishing Department
All springs are heat treated and shot peened as standard according to the requirements of the material but we can also offer a painting or powder coating facility to those customers whose springs require that extra protection or an improved finished look!

Design Department

We can help our customer fulfil their requirements from initial concept to final product. By giving our design team as much information as possible they will help you design the perfect part for your application.

Stock Control
We often find that our customers prefer to keep their stocks as neat as possible therefore we are happy to provide a stock-holding service. In order to do this we must first receive a scheduled order, covering at least 3 months. We will then have ready in advance exactly what is required at the beginning of each month, allowing our customers to call off their requirements as they are needed. This cuts down on stock carrying for our customers, ensures that deadlines can be met and ensures our customers never run out of springs.
